Privacy policy
1. Data controller
Sara Castellanos, operating under the SysteC Hub brand, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing Notion consulting services. Contact email: sara@systechub.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the contracted service, which may include:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company name
- Contact information provided directly by the client
We do not collect sensitive, financial or special-category data.
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data is used exclusively to:
- Manage the business relationship and the provision of services
- Share relevant information about ongoing projects
- Send useful communications related to SysteC Hub's services, when the client has given consent
4. Legal basis for processing
Data is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent, the performance of a services contract, or SysteC Hub's legitimate interest, as applicable.
In Colombia, processing is governed by Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and Decree 1377 of 2013.
5. Data retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of processing and any applicable legal obligations. Once the contractual relationship ends, data is deleted within a maximum of two (2) years, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it longer.
6. Data sharing
SysteC Hub does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. Information may be shared only with providers of tools required to deliver the service (such as Notion or payment platforms), under the same confidentiality guarantees.
7. Your rights
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:
- Know, update and correct your data
- Request the deletion of your data where applicable
- Revoke your authorization for processing
- Access your personal data free of charge
To exercise these rights, write to sara@systechub.com with the subject line "Derechos ARCO" (ARCO rights). We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
8. Security
SysteC Hub takes the technical and organizational measures needed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or improper disclosure.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email. The date of the last update will always be visible on this page.
